Key Responsibilities:1. Identify, connect, and build relationships with potential B2B decision-makers (CXOs, HR leaders, Talent Heads, etc.)
2. Cold call, email, and engage to generate qualified leads and set up meetings for senior sales/product teams
3. Support the sales cycle from outreach to discovery, ensuring a strong top-of-funnel pipeline
4. Learn to lead product demos and client conversations over a structured 6-month training path
