Job summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to identify business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The role involves corporate client acquisition, managing accounts, building proposals, and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and generate new corporate business leads
2. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities
3. Build & maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
4. Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demos
5. Develop and present business proposals & quotations
6. Negotiate and close corporate deals
7. Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and support teams
8. Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
9. Ensure repeat business through excellent customer service
10. Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Required skills & competencies:
1+ years of experience in corporate/B2B sales
Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Ability to build long-term business relationships
Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach
Ability to work under pressure and handle client objections
Good understanding of sales cycle & corporate buying behavior
Educational qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
MBA preferred (not mandatory)
