About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Identify, acquire, and maintain relationships with B2B clients, including retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers and traders.
2. Drive sales of certified and non-certified diamonds, consistently achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
3. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to secure profitable deals.
4. Stay updated on diamond grading (4Cs), market trends, and competitor activities to provide informed solutions to clients.
5. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to expand the business network.
6. Provide product list, quotations, and after-sales support to enhance client satisfaction.
7. Maintain accurate sales records, track leads, and report insights to management for strategic planning.
