About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Outreach:
Identify potential clients through research, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Make cold calls, send emails, and connect on social media to initiate conversations.
2. Client Interaction:
Understand client requirements and present software solutions accordingly.
Conduct product demos (online/offline) to showcase features and benefits.
Follow up with prospects to answer queries and clarify doubts.
3. Sales Support & Documentation:
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM tools.
Track sales pipelines and report progress to the sales manager.
4. Collaboration & Coordination:
Coordinate with the technical team for product demos and client requirements.
Work with marketing to align campaigns and generate leads.
5. Market Research & Feedback:
Research competitors and market trends to identify opportunities.
Gather client feedback to improve product positioning and sales strategies.
6. Target Achievement:
Work towards monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Follow up on pending deals to ensure closure.
