About the Job

Key responsibilities:

A. Lead Calling & Customer Follow-up
1. Call new leads daily to understand their requirements and convert them into potential customers.
2. Regularly follow up with dealers/customers for order confirmation, advance payments, and dispatch status.
3. Maintain calling records with lead status such as Interested, Not Interested, Follow-up, and Converted.
4. Enter and update all lead and customer data in CRM / Google Sheets / ERP system.

B. Sales Coordination
1. Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer updates.
2. Prepare and share Sales Orders, Proforma Invoices, and billing details.
3. Collaborate with production and dispatch teams for timely delivery planning.

C. Reporting & Data Management
1. Prepare daily calling reports and lead follow-up summaries.
2. Maintain tracking reports for pending orders, payments, and deliveries.
3. Regularly update customer and dealer databases.

D. Communication & Documentation
1. Handle customer communication via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
2. Prepare weekly and monthly sales & lead performance reports for management.
3. Record customer complaints or feedback and share with the concerned department.
