Key responsibilities:A. Lead Generation & Prospecting
1. Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
2. Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.
B. Client Relationship Management
1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
2. Understand client needs and provide suitable product/service solutions.
3. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
C. Sales & Target Achievement
1. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Negotiate and close deals effectively.
3. Upsell or cross-sell products and services where possible.
D. Product Knowledge
1. Maintain a deep understanding of company products, pricing, and competitive advantages.
2. Explain features and benefits clearly to clients.
E. Market Research & Reporting
1. Gather market and competitor information to identify trends and opportunities.
2. Submit daily/weekly sales reports and updates to the team leader or manager.
F. Follow-ups & Documentation
1. Ensure timely follow-up with leads and customers.
2. Maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools.
3. Ensure proper documentation for all deals and payments.
G. Team Collaboration
1. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
2. Share field insights to help improve sales strategies.
H. Customer Retention
1. Work on building customer loyalty through after-sales service and regular follow-ups.
2. Encourage repeat business and referrals.
I. Professionalism & Discipline
1. Follow company policies, sales processes, and communication etiquette.
2. Maintain punctuality, positive attitude, and team spirit.
