We are a 91 AT WORK LLP are a fast-growing HR Consulting firm based in Gurgaon, helping startups and SMEs simplify HR, payroll, and compliance through our Outsourced CHRO services. We’re on track to cross ₹1.5 crore in annual revenue and are now looking for our next growth champion to join our founding team!Key responsibilities:
1. Meet business owners and founders to pitch HR & compliance services.
2. Generate leads, schedule meetings, and close new client accounts.
3. Attend local business events and networking forums in Gurgaon & Delhi NCR.
4. Work directly with the leadership team and learn full-cycle B2B sales.
Who you are:
1–2 years of sales / business development experience (B2B preferred).
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
Passionate about startups, people, and growth.
Based in Gurgaon and open to attending in-person client meetings.
