About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients to introduce company products and services.
2. Identify, qualify, follow up, and nurture leads through phone calls and emails.
3. Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product or service information.
4. Schedule appointments and product demos for the business development/sales team.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in the ERP system.
6. Support the presales process by preparing proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
7. Follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
8. Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
9. Provide client feedback to improve marketing and product/service strategies.
10. Generate weekly and monthly reports to evaluate progress
