About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Be responsible for new client acquisition.
2. Conduct sales calls and close the leads (Fixing of meeting).
3. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
4. Aggressively achieve the sales target.
5. Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
6. Continuous follow-up with the customers and building & retaining client relationships through continuous follow-up with clients for their requirements.
7. Revenue generation using references of existing and upcoming projects, and also in the conversion of prospective customers who are planning to use the competitor’s projects
8. Work on real estate advisory for buying, selling, and renting properties for individuals and corporations
9. Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
10. Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
11. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
