About the Job
Role OverviewWe are looking for an energetic Sales Associate who lives and breathes cricket. The ideal candidate is someone who not only knows how to sell but also understands the game — its gear, mindset, and culture.
You’ll be the face of Around Cricket — interacting with customers, demonstrating equipment, helping them choose the right gear, and representing our brand both in-store and on the road.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist customers with product selection, offering expert cricketing advice.
2. Demonstrate cricket gear (bats, gloves, pads, etc.) and explain differences in balance, weight, and performance.
3. Manage daily store operations including billing, stock display, and cleanliness.
4. Handle product sales in both the flagship and mobile store.
5. Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
6. Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
7. Contribute to social media content (optional but preferred).
8. Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
