About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Handling offline store visits, strategizing maximum conversions and repeats using CRM software and other systems
2. Handling online DMs coming through various channels and converting them to footfalls/orders
3. Coordinating the existing marketing channels(WhatsApp/counter/kitty/exhibitions/e-commerce) and improvizing as the market and the company's vision demands.
4. Strategizing outbound calling to convert clients through ongoing broadcast lists, Indiamart etc using pre-set sales funnels.
5. Strategizing Visual Merchandising to improve sales with the help of interns and Marketing team.
6. Contributing to the social media team with content creation and New campaigns
7. Handling the on-field marketing executive's performance and strategy
8. Helping set up systems to run sales funnels on automation.
9. Providing active suggestions to design/production team for innovating and improvizing according to client data
10. Taking part in B2C jewellery exhibitions across Delhi NCR with the help of team to promote the brand
