About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Lead generation & outreach:
1. Identify and engage potential clients using Lead generation tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
2. Plan and execute daily outreach campaigns to build brand visibility and initiate conversations.
3. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to generate leads through Social Media platforms.
B. CRM & data management:
1. Create and automate Sales pipelines and the sales life cycle.
2. Upload, tag, and segment prospect data in Zoho CRM for streamlined tracking and reporting.
3. Monitor inbound leads from website chatbot, form submissions, and incoming calls.
C. Follow up, conversion & client engagement:
1. Convert qualified leads into active customers through personalized outreach and follow-ups.
2. Implement structured email and call strategies to drive engagement and sales conversion.
3. Share weekly performance reports.
D. Upselling & network expansion:
1. Upsell and cross-sell products to existing clients.
2. Expand corporate network via LinkedIn and Meta to promote product offerings and strengthening relationships.
3. Track warm leads and initiate timely, strategic follow-ups to maximize conversion potential.
