About the Job
This role requires a highly driven and experienced Enterprise SDR to generate and qualify high-value leads within large corporate accounts. The ideal candidate excels at strategic prospecting, using CRM and lead mining tools, executing email campaigns, and engaging C-level executives to book qualified meetings for the sales team.Key Responsibilities:
1. Target and research potential enterprise clients (Founders, Directors, L&D & Procurement Managers).
2. Execute outbound campaigns via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
3. Book and qualify meetings for the sales team.
4. Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot/Salesforce).
5. Report lead generation metrics and provide market insights.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
1. Proven enterprise/B2B lead generation and meeting booking experience.
2. Strong communication and cold calling skills.
3. Hands-on experience with CRM and lead mining tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
4. Email marketing and reporting experience.
5. Resilient, target-driven, and well-organized.
6. Work Schedule: Sunday to Friday (Week off – Saturday)
