About the Job
Your RoleYou'll be the engine that keeps Pratibimb running - managing schedules, people, shoots, and stories. From coordinating with the social media team to handling clients and freelancers - you'll be the one ensuring every idea transforms into a powerful piece of work.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordination & Communication
Connect with clients, artists, and collaborators across India.
Coordinate with videographers, editors, designers, and SMM team.
Manage shoots, meetings, and workflow.
2. Creative Supervision
Review edits, reels, and posts before publishing.
Contribute content ideas aligning with Pratibimb's tone.
3. Shoot Management
Plan and oversee shoots in Raipur and nearby areas.
4. Social Media & Content Flow
Supervise daily SMM activities, posting, and engagement.
5. Leads & Network Growth
Scout new stories, collaborators, and partnerships.
6. Tracking & Reporting
Maintain shoot schedules, contact databases, and trackers.
Who you are:
Strong communicator in Hindi & English
Professional, confident & creative
Organized multitasker with leadership instincts
Skilled in Google Docs, Sheets & Drive
Experience in social media or creative roles preferred
