About the Job
The E-commerce & Quick Commerce Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing Dr.Dento’s presence on leading platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Firstcry, Jiomart, Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, and others. You’ll oversee sales strategy, campaign performance, pricing, visibility, and execution — ensuring consistent growth and strong brand representation across all digital shelves.Key Responsibilities:
A. Ecommerce (D2C + Marketplaces)
1. Manage listings, product content, images, pricing, and promotions across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Big Basket.
2. Coordinate with internal design and content teams to optimize product pages, including A+ content, videos, and creatives.
3. Analyze sales reports, competitor trends, and marketplace analytics to identify and execute growth opportunities.
4. Oversee inventory planning, FBF/Smart Fulfillment, and ensure consistent product availability.
5. Drive visibility and conversions through platform ads, sponsored listings, and brand store optimization.
6. Collaborate with the performance marketing team to align paid campaigns with marketplace goals.
B. Quick Commerce
1. Manage and expand brand presence across platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, and Swiggy Instamart.
2. Plan and execute visibility campaigns, sampling programs, and promotional offers with platform partners.
3. Monitor performance metrics such as ROI, ROAS, and CTR to optimize listings and drive conversions.
4. Coordinate with platform managers for better placements, hero product visibility, and campaign execution.
5. Handle operational tasks including stock allocation, catalogue accuracy, and dispatch efficiency.
