About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Manage and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
2. Develop and implement sales growth strategies to increase revenue, visibility, and conversion rate.
3. Handle cataloging, product uploads, content updates, pricing, and stock availability.
4. Monitor daily sales performance, analyze metrics, and take corrective actions to improve results.
5. Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics/operations, design, and customer support teams.
6. Plan and execute promotions, lightning deals, festive campaigns, and discount strategies.
7. Ensure SEO and keyword optimization for product discoverability.
8. Manage Sponsored Ads / PPC campaigns on marketplaces to maximize ROI.
9. Maintain compliance with platform policies, stay updated with trends, and track competitor strategies.
10. Prepare periodic sales reports and provide insights for decision-making.
Required skills:
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other marketplace ecosystems.
Knowledge of cataloging standards, listing optimization, keyword tools, and product ranking strategies.
Hands-on experience with PPC ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads).
Ability to analyze data using Excel, Marketplace dashboards, and analytics tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
Performance-driven, solution-oriented mindset.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1+ years of experience in managing e-commerce marketplace operations.
3. Experience in Shopify / WooCommerce / D2C website management is a plus.
Added advantage: Experience in health, wellness, FMCG, or supplements industry.
