Key responsibilities:1. Product Listing on E-commerce channel partners:Product listing management & creation, Optimize product listings to improve visibility and conversions.
2. Monitor sales trends and implement strategies to boost revenue.
3. Customer Communication: Manage all email communications with buyers, ensuring clear and professional responses.
4. Shipment and Post-Shipment Communication:
5. Inform buyers ones a shipment has been dispatched.
6. Notify buyers of any delays, ensuring transparency and proactive issue resolution.
7. Production Follow-up: Track progress and follow up on running orders, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
