About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Content ideation & planning:
1. Develop creative concepts for social media content (Reels, Vox Pops, Campaigns, Stories, etc.).
2. Script short-form video content and brainstorm campaign ideas.
B. Shooting & on-ground execution:
1. Plan and execute shoots (indoor & outdoor) — including setup, lighting, and basic videography.
2. Coordinate logistics, locations, and product requirements for shoots.
3. Conduct vox pops, interviews, and public interactions confidently.
C. Graphic design & content assets:
1. Create simple visual assets like story graphics, post designs, and on-screen text templates.
2. Work with Canva/Adobe tools to design quick turnaround creatives.
D. Coordination & management:
1. Manage props, shoot schedules, and maintain shoot documentation.
2. Collaborate closely with the editing team for post-production handover.
E. Reporting:
1. Track content performance and provide weekly updates on creative output.
