About the Job
1. As we provide Company Registration, Compliance, and Licensing Services to our clients, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end secretarial and compliance work under the Companies Act, 2013.2. Having a Certificate of Practice (COP) number is mandatory for this role. If you currently don’t have a COP, please confirm whether you are willing to obtain it soon.
3. Assist in ROC filings, annual returns, and preparation of board resolutions and statutory registers.
4. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely completion of compliance tasks.
5. Stay updated with MCA notifications, company law amendments, and related regulatory changes.
6. Support in drafting and reviewing legal and secretarial documents for various business structures (Private Limited, LLP, Section 8 Company, etc.).
7. Knowledge of NBFC Registration and FEMA Compliance will be considered an added advantage.
