About the Job
Your job is to manage and engage our client community, support sales and CSM activities, and help improve customer relationships and retention.Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with clients across community channels.
2. Support sales/CSM with lead nurturing, onboarding, and queries.
3. Share updates, manage discussions, and drive engagement.
4. Collect feedback and share insights with internal teams.
5. Identify upsell opportunities through interactions.
Note:
1. This is a work-from-office job; our office is in Sheikh Serai Phase I, Delhi 110017.
2. Office shift time: 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM.
