We’re hiring: Senior manager – community management (Iron Lady Group)
Location: ITPL, Bangalore (work from office)
Experience: 5–6 years in community/event/partnership management
Compensation: ₹12–15 LPA + performance-linked incentives

This role sits at the heart of our mission- combining creativity, leadership, and strategic thinking to design meaningful experiences, scale communities, and strengthen corporate and social partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Community leadership: Build and manage multiple program-based communities through engaging sessions, activities, and events.
2. Engagement & content strategy: Launch contests, challenges, and user-driven initiatives to keep communities active and connected.
3. Event management: Plan and execute both virtual and offline events, including formats tailored for corporate clients and partners.
4. Revenue & growth: Unlock new monetization opportunities through premium content, paid events, and strategic collaborations.
5. Sponsorships: Drive sponsorships and partnerships via corporates, CSR programs, and philanthropic initiatives.
6. Volunteer network: Build and lead a volunteer base to support community activities and events.
7. Corporate partnerships: Design and deliver impactful proposals and programs for corporate clients.
8. Content & communication: Oversee blogs, newsletters, social media, and app-based engagement in collaboration with content and tech teams.
9. Data & technology: Use community apps, CRMs, and dashboards to track engagement and optimize initiatives.
10. Team leadership: Mentor and lead a team of 4–5 (community managers, event coordinators, and content creators) to deliver on KPIs.
