1. Pitch & partner: Identify and engage with resident welfare associations, facility managers admins, and society leaders of the large communities to unlock event opportunities.
2. Plan & execute: Coordinate and deliver community engagement activities and events exclusively for the fabulous 50+ in the shortlisted societies.
3. Be everywhere: Travel across Bangalore to make Marzi a household name.
4. Collaborate: Work closely with the go-to-market team to amplify brand visibility.
5. Pipeline management: Develop and maintain a recurring pipeline of community conversations and engagement opportunities to consistently meet the monthly targets for society events.

Work style:
1. Field-heavy role with daily travel.
