We are seeking an enthusiastic Communication Trainer with a strong command of the English language and a genuine passion for teaching. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing learners’ communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills through interactive and engaging training sessions.Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct classroom and online training sessions to improve learners’ spoken and written communication.
2. Design and deliver engaging training modules, activities, and assessments focused on communication and presentation skills.
3. Provide personalized feedback and mentoring to help learners build confidence and fluency.
4. Evaluate learners’ progress and maintain training records and reports.
5. Collaborate with academic and placement teams to align training objectives with learner goals.
6. Stay updated with new teaching methodologies and incorporate innovative techniques to enhance learning outcomes.
