In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely payments from customers.Key responsibilities:
1. Conducting regular follow-ups with Developer to collect outstanding payments.
2. Maintaining accurate records of all collections activities in Excel.
3. Negotiating payment plans with delinquent customers to facilitate timely payments.
4. Resolving billing discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner.
5. Collaborating with sales and customer service teams to address customer payment issues.
6. Generating reports on collection activities and providing updates to management.
7. Recommending strategies for improving collections processes and reducing bad debt.
