About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Operate CNC milling/turning machines for precision component manufacturing.
2. Interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and machining instructions.
3. Set up workpieces, tools, fixtures, and machine parameters.
4. Perform G-Code adjustments based on machining requirements.
5. Monitor machining operations and maintain tight tolerances and surface finish standards.
6. Inspect finished components using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM tools.
7. Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure operational safety.
8. Collaborate with design engineers to optimize manufacturing processes.
9. Maintain records of machining operations, production logs, and QC reports.
10. Work with aluminum alloys, plastics, carbon fiber plates, and metal components.
