About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Handling and servicing existing & new clients and generating business from them on an ongoing basis.
2. Meeting and exceeding the client’s expectations in terms of responsiveness, timeliness, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Ensure total client satisfaction.
3. Maintaining effective coordination between client, creative, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
4. Following the appropriate client approval protocols.
5. Taking ownership of projects and ensuring end-to-end implementation to client satisfaction.
6. Maintaining continuous follow-up with various teams till the completion of the job.
7. Ensuring all payments are received on time.
8. Working on report preparation
