About the Job
As a telesales representative at Cadbricks Private Limited, you will play a vital role in driving sales and expanding our customer base through effective communication and English proficiency. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our services to generate leads and appointments for our sales team.Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting cold calls to prospects and engaging them in meaningful conversations about our offerings.
2. Building relationships with potential customers through excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
3. Qualifying leads and setting up appointments for our sales representatives to meet with interested prospects.
4. Updating customer information in our CRM system and keeping detailed records of all interactions.
5. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective cold calling strategies and campaigns.
6. Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your cold calling techniques and sales skills.
7. Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and appointments set.
