About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Relationship Executives are responsible for managing accounts, ensuring clients are satisfied.
2. Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
3. Develop positive relationships with clients and handle customers' needs.
4. Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.
5. Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
6. Resolve customer queries and handle their requirements on time.
7. Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase.
8. Coordinate with the client and the internal department on call or by mail, and resolve queries.
9. Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
10. Follow up with the client regarding payment.
