About the Job
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Follow-up with client leads:
1. Reach out to potential clients provided by the service team to understand their needs and requirements.
2. Keep track of leads and ensure timely follow-up for conversions.
3. Maintain a high level of client engagement and ensure a personalized approach to each client.
B. Attend client meetings:
1. Schedule and attend physical meetings with clients to discuss their financial goals.
2. Present and explain the various products, including mutual funds, SIPs, fixed deposits, and life insurance in a clear and comprehensive manner.
3. Address any questions or concerns the client may have, providing expert product knowledge and advice.
C. Provide product knowledge:
1. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and suitability of different financial products.
2. Advise clients on the best investment options based on their financial situation and goals.
D. Sales and relationship management:
1. Drive sales by recommending the most appropriate financial solutions.
2. Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
3. Continuously update client information in CRM systems to maintain accurate records.
E. Achieve sales targets:
1. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
2. Monitor your performance and work towards continuous improvement in your sales approach.
F. Market analysis:
1. Stay updated on market trends and changes in financial products to provide clients with the best advice.
2. Be proactive in suggesting new investment opportunities and product offerings to clients.
