About the Job
We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and enthusiastic Client Servicing Executive to join our team. You’ll be the bridge between clients and our creative, strategy, and production teams — ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and high-quality work. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves brands, enjoys communication, and wants to build a career in advertising and account management.Key responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
2. Understand client briefs and coordinate with internal teams (creative, design, strategy, digital, etc.) to deliver projects.
3. Manage timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops efficiently.
4. Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports.
5. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
6. Assist in brainstorming sessions, campaign planning, and day-to-day coordination.
7. Ensure all client deliverables are on-brand, on-brief, and on-time.
