About the Job
About the Role: We are looking for a smart, proactive management trainee Client Servicing to join our Mumbai team. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about media and marketing, and proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in managing client relationships and daily servicing tasks.
2. Create visually engaging and informative PowerPoint presentations for pitches and internal reviews.
3. Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports, including trackers, media plans, and performance analyses.
4. Support internal coordination with creative, operations, billing, and sales teams.
5. Help in campaign execution by tracking timelines, deliverables, and feedback.
6. Attend meetings and take minutes, share recaps, and follow up on action points.
7. Conduct basic market research or competitive mapping if required.
Key Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing, mass communication, business administration, or a related field.
2. Strong working knowledge of MS PowerPoint (design layouts, charts, animation) and MS Excel (formulas, pivots, basic dashboards).
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
5. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Internship or college project experience in advertising/media/digital marketing is a plus.
2. Familiarity with OOH, events, digital, or integrated campaigns is an added advantage.
