About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Cultivate solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service.
2. Create a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
3. Regularly interact with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
4. Maintain an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
5. Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
6. Serve as a day-to-day point of client contact.
7. Research and prepare client presentations, reports, and conduct in-person client meetings.
8. Research on industry & competitor trends to apply best practices to client portfolio.
9. Understand client goals/objectives and their entire digital marketing needs, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media, and display advertising. email marketing, affiliate marketing & more.
10. Work jointly with the internal team to drive campaign strategy & development
11. Identify growth opportunities from the client portfolio and drive revenue.
12. Research & keep current on emerging online trends and best practices within the digital marketing industry.
