About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Client Engagement & Sales
1. Act as a point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle.
2. Conduct client meetings to understand their business goals and content needs.
3. Present and pitch company services tailored to client requirements.
4. Prepare compelling proposals and presentations in collaboration with the Sales team manager.
5. Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of deals.
B. Account Management
1. Ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery and quality communication.
2. Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to foster repeat business and drive upselling opportunities.
3. Coordinate with project teams to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables.
4. Address client concerns or feedback with professionalism and urgency.
5. Document client briefs and share with internal teams clearly and systematically.
C. Execution & Coordination
1. Support in creating strategic content plans based on the client's niche.
2. Stay updated with industry trends, including SEO, SMM, and content marketing.
3. Ensure all client deliverables meet internal quality standards and deadlines.
