About the Job
We’re looking for a Client Relationship Lead to be the main point of contact for our corporate clients. This person will build strong relationships, ensure every project runs smoothly, and help us continue to deliver a personal, high-quality experience. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, managing details, and finding ways to make each client feel valued.Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Management: Serve as the primary contact for corporate clients, providing professional support from enquiry to delivery.
2. Project Coordination: Work closely with our internal team to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
3. Delivery & Logistics: Oversee delivery timelines and logistics, coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and courier partners to ensure smooth, on-time delivery of all orders.
4. Relationship Building: Develop long-term partnerships by understanding client needs and suggesting thoughtful gifting solutions.
5. Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and introduce new products or seasonal offerings.
6. Feedback & Improvement: Gather client feedback and share insights to help refine our service and product range.
7. Team Collaboration: Support the wider team during busy gifting seasons and contribute to creative ideas for new client offerings.
