Key responsibilities:1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all their needs and inquiries
2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects and solutions to meet client expectations
3. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, address any issues, and identify opportunities for growth
4. Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in our service offerings
5. Create and implement strategies to increase client engagement and retention
6. Prepare and present reports on client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth to senior management
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relationship management to continuously improve our processes and deliver exceptional service
