About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
2. Analyze client data to enhance their decision-making process and improve their product experience
3. Utilize Excel and communicate fluently with clients in English via emails and calls
4. Conduct product/application demos for clients through web meetings
5. Handle and resolve client requests and complaints effectively
6. Serve as a liaison between the internal team and the client
7. Oversee the internal team managing the CRM to ensure timely support for client requests
8. Monitor product functionality to ensure optimal performance
9. Review analytics and prepare comprehensive reports
10. Contribute innovative ideas for product design and development improvements
Requirements:
1. Computer proficiency
2. MS Excel skills (Advanced)
3. Fluent English communication over emails
