About the Job
As a Client Relationship Executive at Stareye Media & Entertainment Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our relationships with clients. Your interpersonal skills and expertise in MS-Excel and Client Relationship Management (CRM) will be essential in ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth.Key responsibilities:
1. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
3. Utilize MS-Excel to analyze client data, track performance metrics, and generate reports for management review.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services and meet client expectations.
5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients.
6. Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings.
7. Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve service delivery and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
