4. Post-meeting communication: Manage timely follow-ups and ensure clarity in communication after client interactions.
5. Data analysis & reporting: Analyse client data and feedback to support internal decision-making and enhance service delivery.
6. Research & market insights: Conduct targeted research on market trends, competitors, and client profiles to support client acquisition and retention strategies.
