About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Manage the investor onboarding process from initiation to completion.
2. Collect, review, and validate KYC documentation (individuals, corporates, trusts, funds, etc.).
3. Conduct AML, sanctions, and PEP checks in line with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
4. Liaise with investors, relationship managers, and internal stakeholders to resolve onboarding queries.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date investor records in internal systems.
6. Escalate suspicious activities or discrepancies to the Compliance team for further review.
7. Support periodic reviews and remediation of existing investors’ KYC records.
8. Coordinate with external service providers or regulators, where required.
9. Ensure compliance with local and international regulations (FATCA, CRS, SEBI, RBI, or equivalent, depending on jurisdiction).
