3. Keep comprehensive and precise records of all client communications, inquiries, and follow-ups.
4. Maintain regular follow-ups with potential buyers to keep them engaged and convert leads into sales.
5. Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure seamless deal progress and timely closures.
6. Build strong knowledge of company projects, pricing, and key features to communicate effectively with clients.
7. Respond quickly to client questions and provide high-quality support to strengthen long-term relationships.
