Key Responsibilities:1. Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable property options aligned with their preferences and budget.
2. Conduct detailed property site visits to provide clients with clear insights and accurate property information.
3. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of client interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
4. Perform consistent follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads and drive successful conversions.
5. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth, timely, and efficient deal closures.
6. Respond promptly to client queries and deliver exceptional service to build long-lasting client relationships.
7. Contribute to achieving overall sales targets by actively engaging in lead generation, client engagement, and service excellence.
