About the Job
Role overview:We are seeking a driven and proactive Business Development Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will take full responsibility for lead generation, client handling, and converting leads into successful long-term clients.
The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in SaaS products, IT & Non IT services, and Digital project sales, along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and research new clients, markets, and business opportunities.
2. Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking, and digital channels.
3. Handle client communications from initial contact to proposal and deal closure.
4. Convert qualified leads into clients by understanding their needs and offering the right digital solutions.
5. Create and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
6. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Design, and Development) to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
7. Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, lead conversions, and client engagement.
8. Represent syntraEdge Global in client meetings, virtual calls, and industry events or Technical Expo's.
Qualifications & skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
0 - 2 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or IT sales.
Good understanding of SaaS products, IT & Non IT services, and software project lifecycles.
Must be confident in lead generation, client communication, and conversion strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online research platforms.
Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
