About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Act as a bridge between clients and the internal delivery/recruitment teams.
2. Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
3. Coordinate with project managers and team leads to ensure timely delivery of services.
4. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and smooth operations.
5. Support in preparing reports, tracking project progress, and maintaining documentation.
6. Learn and assist in handling escalations, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring process efficiency.
