About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for architects, consultants, and structural engineers.
2. Collaborate with the product support and QA/QC teams to ensure product quality and technical accuracy.
3. Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings to identify expansion joint cover requirements.
4. Provide on-site or remote support for product installation and technical clarification.
5. Maintain a strong understanding of concrete, waterproofing, and flooring systems to align product application effectively.
6. Assist in project documentation, submittals, and technical correspondence.
