Key responsibilities:1. Oversee complete site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
2. Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project progress.
3. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
4. Track and monitor material consumption on-site to avoid wastage and ensure timely availability.
5. Implement and maintain safety practices on-site.
6. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and statutory requirements.
7. Conduct regular quality checks during execution.
8. Assist in project scheduling, tracking timelines, and forecasting material requirements.
