About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Site Execution & Supervision
1. Supervise day-to-day site activities for residential and commercial interior turnkey projects.
2. Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and design intent.
3. Coordinate with designers, project managers, contractors, and vendors for a smooth workflow.
4. Conduct site measurements, layout markings, and inspections.
B. Material Management
1. Plan material requirements as per the project schedule.
2. Raise material requisitions and coordinate timely delivery at the site.
3. Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
4. Maintain site inventory and stock records.
C. Contractor & Labor Management
1. Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, HVAC, and other trade contractors.
2. Allocate work and monitor the productivity of labor and vendors.
3. Ensure work quality and adherence to safety standards.
D. Quality Control & Safety
1. Maintain quality control at every stage of execution.
2. Ensure site safety practices and compliance with company guidelines.
3. Identify issues on-site and propose practical solutions.
E. Billing & Documentation
1. Assist in preparing running bills and contractor measurements.
2. Maintain daily site reports, work progress updates, and photographs.
3. Support handover documentation and snag list closure.
F. Client Coordination
1. Coordinate with clients for site visits, approvals, and clarifications.
2. Address site-related client queries professionally.
