About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Conduct inspections at members’ sites as per the quarterly inspection calendar following a pre-approved checklist
2. Draft detailed inspection reports for members based on observations
3. Expand the scope of inspection beyond the pre-approved checklist after consulting with the manager
4. Prepare preliminary observation sheets for inspections and schedule closure meetings between the member and the manager
5. Prepare and finalize comprehensive inspection reports for submission
6. Escalate issues such as non-cooperation by members or delays in furnishing data to the respective manager
7. Conduct onsite inspections of vaults and warehouses for commodities to verify storage facilities and goods stored therein
8. Collate data to address requests raised by external regulators like SEBI and various internal departments
9. Gather and analyze data from other exchanges and internal departments to prepare relevant reports
10. Analyze members’ compliance with predetermined parameters for offsite inspections
11. Review member data along with information available with NCL to verify accuracy
12. Follow up via telephone or email to resolve discrepancies and escalate non-compliant members to the manager
13. Track SEBI circulars and ensure compliance with SEBI norms and guidelines
14. Support the collation of data for submission to regulatory authorities
