About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Partner with hiring managers to understand and forecast recruitment needs, ensuring alignment with campus recruitment strategies.
2. Plan and execute full-cycle campus recruitment events, including career fairs, networking sessions, and on-campus interviews.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with university career centers, faculty, and student organizations to strengthen employer branding.
4. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent from universities and colleges.
5. Screen candidate applications and conduct initial interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
6. Assist in onboarding new campus hires, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment to enhance overall hiring effectiveness.
