Job Title: AutoCAD TrainerJob Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced AutoCAD Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to students and professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AutoCAD (2D & 3D), excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners at different levels.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct AutoCAD 2D and 3D training sessions (offline/online) as per curriculum.
2. Develop training materials, lesson plans, and practical exercises.
3. Teach core concepts such as drafting, modeling, rendering, annotations, layouts, and industry standards.
4. Provide hands-on guidance during practice sessions.
5. Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and project evaluations.
6. Stay updated with the latest AutoCAD features and industry trends.
7. Manage classroom/lab environment and ensure proper handling of software and equipment.
8. Provide feedback and maintain progress reports for all trainees.
9. Support curriculum development and certification preparation when required.
Required skills and qualifications:
1. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Architecture, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in AutoCAD training or industry work (mandatory).
3. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
4. Good understanding of drafting standards and modeling techniques.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Ability to teach both beginner and advanced learners.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and passion for teaching.
Preferred qualifications:
1. Diploma in CAD or any professional CAD-related degree (added as requested).
2. Autodesk AutoCAD Certification (ACP/ACU).
3. Experience with other CAD tools (SolidWorks, Revit, Inventor, etc.).
4. Prior experience in training centers or educational institutes.
