About the Job
Job description: business support executiveWe are seeking a versatile and dynamic Business Support Executive to provide end-to-end support across operations, pre-market study, pre- & post-sales support, and administration for our SPC flooring business. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple functions in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Key responsibilities:
1. Operations & Coordination
Manage day-to-day operations including dealer/distributor coordination, order tracking, and vendor follow-ups.
Ensure smooth execution of supply chain activities and resolve issues such as delivery delays or product complaints.
Maintain trackers and dashboards for inventory, orders, and dealer onboarding.
2. Pre-Market Study & Research
Conduct research on new markets, regions, and customer segments.
Analyze competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market trends.
Prepare market-entry reports, opportunity assessments, and competitor comparison charts.
3. Pre- & post-sales Support
Assist the sales team with preparing presentations, proposals, and product comparison sheets.
Support communication with dealers, architects, and interior designers.
Handle client queries, objections, and provide structured responses (after product training) or for any other purpose.
4. Administration & Business Support
Manage scheduling, documentation, compliance records, and office coordination tasks.
Maintain accuracy in business documentation, contracts, and compliance certificates.
Develop and maintain Excel trackers, reporting formats, and filing systems.
Sample making and distribution to required leads
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: 0–1 years in operations, sales support, or business coordination (building materials or related industries preferred).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (trackers, dashboards, formulas)
Strong PowerPoint and documentation skills
Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
Team-oriented, flexible, and proactive
